 ANDY – The Prince of Persian Music
Bringing idol charisma to both the silver screen, concert venues and television screens internationally is ANDY, Persian - Armenian legendary music exile. He has recently been selected to sing alongside the most prestigious Artists from around the World in the WORLD PEACE musical collaboration. Andy recently won 2 CAC (Central Asian Music Awards) for Most Popular Singer and Best International Singer. He also won 2 JPF Awards for Best Middle Eastern Album and Best Middle Eastern Song chosen by Industry Executives and colleagues from more than 25,000 albums and 350,000 songs worldwide. Andy is also the recipient of 6 Best Armenian International Singer / Albums and at a prestigious Awards Gala, he won the AMVA Video Award. His previous feature films include: Dreamwork's “The House of Sand and Fog" with Sir Ben Kingsley and Jennifer Connelly in which Andy plays a featured singer. In Guide Company's “The Keeper” (The Legend of Omar Khayyam) with Academy Award Winner Vanessa Redgrave, Andy plays the governor of the ancient city of Samarkand. His music was also featured in a film noir short from AFI called "The Florist" and his work was featured in the indie film “Futbaal” and the upcoming “Lost Journey”. Andy first made his mark on American television on ABC’s 2001 production of the “ Princess and the Marine”. When Andy's not working on motion pictures, he’s a musical trailblazer forging a new path that redefines traditional musical borders. Selling his more than 10 solo albums by the multi-millions worldwide and garnering more than 25 #1 hits, he plays to sold-out venues all over the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, Russia and the Middle East including rarely if ever performed in by American--based artists such as Armenia, Uzbekistan in cities such as Tashkent, Samarghand, and he regularly performs at the most prominent, world-class venues of Dubai spreading his universal message of love and joy. |
