I had my engagement here a few months ago. First off, the manager: he seems like a nice guy, wants to make sure you have a nice time. However, the pricing structure they offered us was so confusing that it was only clear a day before just how ridiculous it would be (and of course, we'd have to overpay for something that we didn't need to). Not only that, when we were going over the seating arrangements, it turns out we had to have X number of people per table, not as we had planned months in advance, thereby putting random people together and making sure our guests have a miserable time.
But that's not the worst of it. You see, the manager's cousin named Erica ("coordinator" as she calls herself) made sure this place got negative stars. Not only did she flat out accuse us of lying, raising her voice and flat out screaming in an unprofessional manner, but she successfully had my fiance and mother in law in tears, A DAY BEFORE THE EVENT! If this is the kind of service you're looking for, well, you've found it.
Avoid this place. You may pay a little bit less than other places, but you'll pay for it in other ways, such as a ruining of your event.
