I called for an appt and instead of accommodating me with my appt, the lady asked when the wedding date was. Once I gave her a date only 4 months from that day, instead of giving me an appt, she immediately mentioned that whatever I buy, they will have to charge a rush order feel. Horrible service, even over the phone. I am not the only one with this experience. Once I shared this experience with others, I found out that this store has a reputation for bad customer service.

The customer service there is so amazing. The girls that work there go out of their way to help you with what you are looking for. Although I did not buy my dress from there, I would recommend other brides to take a look there too. They have beautiful gowns!

Great dresses, very professional a little too expensive, but I did love the dresses! Used them for dresses for my bridesmaids.
