They gave me an appt for one hour. They also limited me to 5 gowns per appt. It was ridiculous. They didn't have that big of a selection either. A lot of dresses looked alike just a different brand. I didn't buy from them.

I went to MaryLinn's in Pasadena for the first time, not only did I experience great customer service but I also found the dress that made me feel like a princess!!! Thank You!

I did not experience a good service at this location. The staff is very rude and don't care anything about you. They think that they are the only ones and no one else carries their gowns! Wrong!! Although I must admit that their Beverly Hills location on Robertson has some good stuff. There is a girl there that is very nice and sweet.
No I did not buy my dress from the Pasadena location as they did not deserve the money I was going to spend. Overall, I would not recommend their service to anyone. Even on the phone they are not nice when you try to book an appointment. Skip this location and maybe visit the BH one if you need to.

My sister had bought her wedding dress from here 6 years ago, so I thought I would give them a try too. My appointment was only for 1 hr, which they didn't tell me about over the phone & I felt rushed & they ruined my shopping experience! My mother & sister found dresses we had to fight with them just to let them try it on! They said next time we would have to make an appointment for that too!

The lady that works there thinks she owns the place. I had an eleven o'clock appointment and they asked me to take a seat so I did. I waited for 45 minutes and they didn't even offer me any help. Their customer service was terrible. I ended up walking out without saying a word to them.
