Last week, I was looking back at my wedding photo albums. George, you truly captured every single moment of my wedding. I've had George take photos of every special event that I have hosted. There is only thing I can say: George, you're amazing. You provide exceptional services and the photos ALWAYS turn out GREAT! Thank you very, very much. I would HIGHLY recommend Royal Photo Studio!!!

When we hired George we were impressed with the photos he showed us, but what we received after our wedding was not impressive at all. Also the video quality was unbelievably poor. He was also very rude and difficult to work with. Would not recommend him.

Business Response:
Royal Photo Studio encourages feedback from our clients that give us their opinions. Although [this customer] was not satisfied with our service, an explanation is needed to clear up this quarrel.

My answer to you is that after 33 years in the photography business you are by far the only one who has complained about my pictures. So let the readers be the judge of what kind of person you are.

The truth is that she came in my office with a couple months delay after her wedding to pick up her finished wedding album and edited video. Then she asked me to return 50% of the amount she paid me because they were getting a divorce.
Then very politely I told her I am sorry, but it is too late to return any money, because I have already spent the money and everything was prepared.
She left my office and started to give me a hard time and after several calls she made up this story.

I did not want to act like you and respond to this review. I have been waiting patiently for one year and I was hoping that you would eventually take off your review because you know the truth. Although, it looks like you want to continue this ugly situation so that is why I posted this response.

We were recommended to George by friends but were very picky on picking the photographer for our wedding. After some more research and seeing some other photo albums we finally decided to go with George and were pleasantly surprised with the result. The pictures captured all the moments that were so precious to us. Not only George did a great job with photographing and videography, but he was great in coordinating all the details for the event.

My wife and I had George as our wedding photographer. In addition to capturing full story of our wedding in magnificent photos and videos, George and his professional team were extremely helpful in coordinating the event and making sure they didn't miss any special moments. George did such an amazing job with our wedding album and video that this year we asked him to be the photographer for our twins' baptism. The album and the video are truly a work of art for both occasions. He has captured every moment (and if you have kids, especially twins, you'll know how hard this can be) but George made it very easy, pleasant, and fun with his easy, pleasant, and fun character. Both the album and the video from our wedding and the baptism are like looking at a story. It's just amazing. Everyone including us are at awe everytime we look at these unique, memorable, and amazing works of art.

George is extremely passionate and dedicated to his craft, and it comes through in his pictures. What can I say? The photos were exactly what I wanted and nothing short of exceptional. I believe that what really separates George from other photographers I have worked with, is his dedication and attention paid to every single detail. Not only does he expect perfection from himself but he does so in an impressively timely manner. Thank you George for the pictures, service and memories.

I read a lot of reviews for different photographers/videographers on this website before I decided to George. I decided that he had a lot of positive feedback and after looking at his website, I was confident that he would be a great pick. He recorded my daughter's sweet 16 and quickly edited the video & pictures. The party was on a Saturday and I got the video and pictures delivered to me by Monday. EXCELLENT response time and communication. I don't know why one of the reviews gave him 1 star and said the audio didn't match up? Maybe they need to invest in a new TV/DVD player, because my video was better than I had expected! Excellent editing and an excellent choice. Will recommend to anyone who needs a photographer/videographer.

All we can say Royal photo is the right choice, George and his team are phenomenal the best hands down. They are fun to work with and they do what needs to be done to get the right shot. They are professionals and all you have to do just follow their directions. He gave us great advice on what church and park we should choose. We took his advice and it just came out perfect. We got our video and picture really fast we weren't even expecting It. It was a big surprise. The video editing was great. It has lots of funny parts that we just want to play over and over again. We will absolutely recommend George and team to anyone that wants to have a perfect picture and video.

George was the photographer in our engagement ceremony, he did a splendid job, was very professional & punctual which I appreciated the most. He stayed positive through the whole party and of course the pictures were awesome. I believe my fiance has already decided to hire him again for our wedding.
