Deceitful, disappointing and terrible to work with. Like many other reviews here, the two women that own and run this business are not to be trusted with your wedding or special events. After we signed a contract they continued to ask for more money. Similar to other reviews, she asked fo $4,000 more, with no itemized reason how she arrived to that number. Most of our conversations revolved around her asking for more money rather than the florals or design. First it was $500, then $2000 and then $4000 a month away from our wedding! Terribly unprofessional. They were not only difficult to work with but were deceitful. They promised one thing and when our wedding came, they under delivered. She and her team and myself agreed to specific floral arrangements for our overall wedding look and and confirmed their appearance and on the wedding day- they were not what we agreed on whatsoever. They were sparse, limited in fullness and small. The worst part was the floral arrangement on the entrance door to our wedding venue, it was supposed to have white flowers and greenery and when the wedding day came, it was all branches and sparse greenery. Talk about an embarrassment of craftsmanship and design. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT. You can tell she does not care about her customers. I would never recommend this business to anyone. After we had booked her, others began to warn us about her and her poor professional skills and ability to deliver. Consider yourself warned.

Ashley is simply amazing. She was our florist for our engagement and everything was easy and perfect. Ashley was kind enough to make us a sample then when we weren't too fond of the colors she made us another one. We felt at ease dealing with Ashley knowing that our flowers would come out flawless. We had numerous guests that fell in love with all the flowers and arrangements as soon as they walked into the hall. Ashley you exceeded our expectations. Ashley is truly amazing at what she does! I don't even know where to start...I booked her for my wedding in September of this year and I have to tell you I was left speechless at the beauty of all of my flowers!! From my centerpieces, to the flowers brought to my home in the morning, to all of the bouquets....everything was absolutely gorgeous!! Thank you Ashley and your amazing team for making my wedding dreams come true! I could not have asked for more! In my dreams I couldn't have imagined that my wedding would look as gorgeous as it did and it was largely due to your amazing flowers! I am still getting compliments on the centerpieces and the decor! You are truly the best!

She never listened to what I wanted- and as a result- the flowers were all wrong. Wrong colors, wrong arrangements, flowers missing from the reception site, etc. Then when I called her to talk to her about the problems she kept telling me that it was what I wanted. If she just took a minute to listen to me, opposed to thinking she knew better- she would have known exactly what I wanted.

In the end- she ruined my wedding day. I spent so much of the day upset about the flowers that it totally took away from the joy of the day. Don't use her!

Thank you Design By Ashley!!!! They made beautiful centerpieces and bouquets for my wedding this past month!! They really delivered and met my expectations!! I was a bit nervous to see the final outcome but I was very happy with the outcome!! They did a great job!!!

Planning a wedding is stressful in itself, but, having a florist who captures the essence of your day is key. Ashley is simply amazing and I could not have asked for someone better to capture and exceed my expectations for my special day. I was in complete awe when I walked into the reception hall...and I can say I wasn't the only one, it's been over 2 months since my wedding and people are still talking about my centerpieces! In short, Ashley is beyond talented and professional, she goes above and beyond your expectations and makes this aspect of your wedding planning stress free. All I have to say is WOW...the moment I spoke to Ashley on the phone, I knew she would be my florist for not only my engagement party but also my wedding! I called on a Sunday (I think she is usually closed) but she offered to open up her shop so that I could have my consultation. I showed her a couple pictures and she promised me she would deliver. The day I went to see my sample, I was in shock at the beauty of the flowers and how LARGE the arrangement was. It was everything I had envisioned and more! She totally surpassed my expectations... She promised the arrangements would mirror the sample and she delivered yet again. The flowers were on time and simply gorgeous! I also asked for two last minute corsages and they were done and beautiful at that! I have to also mention that Ashley's pricing is VERY reasonable. You are getting top quality work for an affordable price. I can't wait to work with her on my wedding!!!

Ashley did an amazing job at our wedding. I couldn't be happier than this with everything she did. She went above and beyond to make my day extra special. When I walked in to the reception hall I couldn't believe how beautiful and stunning everything looked. I highly recommend her and her team for your special events. Couples get married on a daily basis and the difference between a pleasant planning experience and a stressful one has a lot to do with the people they work with. I can't give Ashley enough praise. She did the most amazing job for my wedding. The hall looked gorgeous and when I walked in I was speechless. She definitely has the WOW affect when it comes to her talent. From my first interaction with her to our wedding day, she was nothing short of a phenomenal lady. Extremely professional and kind, there is nothing more you can ask for when planning a wedding. I was in love when I saw my sample piece but when we walked into the hall the arrangements had me in complete AWWWWWWW. There is nothing that this incredibly talented lady cannot do and I can't thank her enough for the incredible job that she did. She will always be my Amazing Flower Designer who took the headache out of wedding planning.

Ashley and Arin did my engagement flowers and they looked beautiful it was just as I expected and even better. They did exactly what I asked for and I loved working with them. They were amazing and I will definitely go back for our wedding.

Ashley did my flowers for my July 3rd wedding. She went above and beyond my expectations and my dream wedding came true!!! Honestly, her work is amazing everyone kept asking me who did my flowers. Design by Ashley was the first florist I met with when planning my wedding. After meeting with 6 florists I finally decided on Design by Ashley. I made the RIGHT decision for sure. My wedding flowers were incredible! When I walked into the hall it literally took my breat away. Art was very understanding and very patient with me. He gave me everything I wanted and much more! I had the most amazing flowers at my wedding a few months ago.. I was so nervous about the wedding but Ashley made me feel comfortable and she did not miss a single detail to any of the arrangements. My centerpieces were full of fresh flowers. All my guests were questioning me after my wedding about my florist. Ashley and her team did an outstanding job on my wedding day. I will never trust another florist for as long as I live.

I just got married in California and I live in Arizona. It was very hard for me to get everything exactly how i wanted it since I live so far. But Ashley is something else. I told her what i was looking for and she made it 10 times better. My last words were, "Ashley I might say I want something a certain way but at this point I put my trust in you and leave it in your hands, please just make my wedding look nice" Let me tell you it was not nice it was out of this world. She used so many flowers and the colors came together so well. Let me just say I have been married 3 weeks and have given her number to 4 people and everyone keeps telling me how wonderful it all looked. MY pink dreams came true because of her :)
