We disclaim of all Express and Implied warranties. Warranties include, but are not limited to, the accuracy or reliability of any information, goods, and/or services received/advertised through Harsanik.com. We disclaim warranties for security, viruses, and any other harm caused to your computer. We also expressly limit liability for any damages or consequential damages caused that may arise through the use of the site.

All messages, text, files, images, photos, video, or other materials posted on, transmitted through, or emailed to Harsanik.com, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. However, we have the right (but not the obligation) to refuse, delete or move any content from Harsanik.com at our discretion.

Users alone are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of an account number and/or password for your accounts. You are personally liable and responsible for the use of your account, whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you.

Harsanik.com reserves the right to edit member accounts, remove, deactivate, or lock accounts without prior notice, or modify member’s content for grammatical or spelling errors, obscenities, or any other content that we do not feel is consistent with the rest of the site.

We reserve the right to modify the terms of the disclaimer at any time, and that such changes become effective upon posting.  It is the responsibility of users to read the disclaimer to get the current version.

Using a third party tracking service, we may track the Internet domain address and other, non-personally identifiable information about your visit to our site. This information is collected to identify trends and statistics that will help us to serve you better. Individual users will remain anonymous, unless you voluntarily tell us who you are.
This agreement is governed by the laws of California, and this is the entire agreement. 

By accepting the Terms & Conditions, you agree to grant Harsanik.com an exclusive license to all content submitted to Harsanik.com, including but not limited to user reviews and forum postings.

We at Harsanik.com have created this email privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.

You will receive an email from us if you have contacted us, created or attempted to create an account, written a review, or registered at a Harsanik.com event.

By creating an account, you have expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in”). We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.

We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone. Information submitted to us is only available to the Harsanik.com executive team who manage this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information or your account.

Each promotional email sent contains an email address at the end that allows you as the recipient to notify the Webmaster if you wish to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests.
