This review is very long overdue but I have not forgotten the amazing service that I received at Alik Printing. What started as my vision for a pomegranate themed wedding turned into many challenges in finding the perfect wedding invitations. George helped customize my invitations and spent numerous weeks working with me to sort through various images and ideas. His expertise and patience made all the difference and I was extremely happy with the end product! I must have emailed him a dozen times with specific requests and he was always willing to take the time to make the changes.

But the fun didn't stop there-- George also made customized place cards with the same pomegranate theme and they looked PERFECT. When I went in with a picture I wanted photoshopped and blown up to place in our reception hall, he took care of that as well. Again, he customized the picture and made the background blend perfectly to enhance our faces. He did all of this less than a week before the wedding because I had come up with these ideas during the last couple of days! He really worked hard and never complained once, which helped keep my own stress level down. In the end, the quality of his work was wonderful and my experience working with him was equally as great. There is no other place I will hesitate to go to if/when I need more invitations. THANK YOU AGAIN!

Planning a wedding can be tough, but the invitation process was as easy as it could get! Everything was done in a timely manner without hassle or frustration. Pricing was fair and beat any other vendor around. There were so many beautiful invites to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will def use their services again in the future. George is so professional and such a nice person who printed a few samples of my wedding cards on the same day of order for my guests who live out of countries and needed the cards for the embassy interview right away. Without any extra charge, he helped me later I received my cards which were perfect. Best customer service, best wedding cards, best prices. We ordered Invitation for our wedding almost late, but I am really appreciated from Alik Printing that gave us our Wedding Invitation cards sooner than his promise. I see so many comments here about how Alik delays the shipping or make things wrong. Personally I had a very great experience with them. Our order arrived on time with absolutely no hassle. If there is an error they will fix it right away. Usually small Armenian businesses lack in the customer service area, but Alik was exceptional in that aspect. They made great recommendation during our first visit that helped us save money and choose a decent invitation. Very satisfied with the service. Thank you for everything.

I ordered my invitations from Alik Printing since few of our friends and family members had ordered it from him. George is a very nice guy! Made the transaction very easy for us plus, my fiance and I had custom designed the border and writing and he took his time to review and make sure that everything is going to come out perfectly! He did not try to play any games and was straight forward with everything, from the timeline that I should expect the invitation and why to choose a certain design over another. Invitations are nice, but if you don't follow up constantly or check his work then it will either come out wrong or it will take forever to be shipped. George is a very nice man but yes his customer service is horrific. He moves entirely too slow for something that only takes 5 minutes...it could turn into 30 minutes plus.

They did my engagement invitations and I got them within a month and they looked very nice. He is very nice and easy to work with. Definitely going back for our wedding.

We went to Alik because we really liked our friends' invitations. He has a very big selection and that's how we got tricked into ordering our invitations with him. When George says he will email in a month, you should translate that to 3 months. No bride and groom should have to go through the stress we went through. He takes a very long time and when you confront him about it he blames it on you. We did receive our invites and we were happy with the way they looked and everything was correct we just didn't like his customer service.

George is a nice guy, but invitations took WAAAY too long to arrive. Price could have been better, especially since he MISSPELLED my husband's name! We didn't get offered a discount for their error and had no time to re-order since we needed to get the invitations out ASAP.
