I thought I had reviewed this salon months ago, but I guess my reviews did not go through. I heard about Karolin and her excellent makeup skills and so I knew I had to try her out for my wedding. Deciding I wanted to go to one salon on the day of my wedding for both hair and makeup, I decided to look at pictures of hair dressers available at Fame's. I came across Arsineh's album of hair styles and fell in love. I quickly made an appointment for a hair and makeup trial with both girls. Since I'm a bit picky, I was afraid I'd be let down...boy was I wrong! I absolutely loved both my hair and makeup and booked both Karolin (makeup) and Arsineh (hair) for my wedding. Wedding day came and I was once again incredibly happy with both my hair and makeup.

Karolin's style of makeup is modern, sophisticated, and exotic all at once! I love it and love her for being such a sweet person!

Arsineh did my hair exactly the way I wanted. I gave her my ideas and she was able to create the look I was going for. She is incredible, patient, and very sweet!

I am in shock that Karolin has no reviews yet because her work is perfect! From word of mouth, I decided to do a makeup trial with Karolin for my wedding at Fames Beauty Salon! I loved my makeup at the trial so much that I had Karolin do my makeup for my bridal shower and wedding! The style of her makeup is one of a kind and I'd be very surprised if I ever heard any complaints. I believe Karolin is known for her "smokey eye" makeup and let me tell you, she can bring out your eyes in her dramatic style of makeup! I absolutely loved my makeup and got compliments from so many people. Karolin is a superb makeup artist!!! Highly recommend her!!!

Arsineh's work is absolutely amazing!!! I am a very picky person and was anxious to find the most perfect stylist for my wedding day. I had heard about Arsineh and thought I'd give her a try first. She is the first person I went to for my hair trial and was extremely happy with her work. She styled my hair the way I described I wanted. I chose her for my wedding day and am super glad I did! Arsineh is an absolute professional and is one of the sweetest people I've ever met. I\\'m looking forward to one of my next events so that she can style my hair again! If I have to describe Arsineh and her work in one word, it would be "AMAZING"!!!

I'll cut right to the chase...Jay's work is AMAZING!!! Like almost every other bride, photographs were one of the most important things on my wedding planning list. I knew we had a budget, but I also did not want to hire a Mickey Mouse photographer that would take the most typical wedding photos. I had seen JayJay's work before and was hoping my husband (fiance at the time) would agree with me and book him! Jay totally worked with our budget and was such an easy-going photographer to work with. We received our pictures about a week ago and I'm absolutely in love with them! They were all so incredible and I seriously do not know how I will be able to choose the pictures for our album. I wanted our photos to look modern, couture, and chic and that is exactly what Jay did for us! Highly recommend! :)

We got Vasken for our wedding last weekend and I couldn't be any happier! I was afraid of having a boring wedding, with boring guests, but Vasken got everyone to dance! I had guests call me this week asking me for his number...I had heard about it throughout the years and knew we had to book him for our wedding....I'm so glad we did! BEST INTERNATIONAL DJ! :)

I stopped by Mademoiselle about a month ago and absolutely loved the dresses and accessories. I was greeted by Rima (the owner) and she helped me pick out a cute outfit to wear to an engagement party. The clothing at Mademoiselle are not too formal and so it was perfect! If your going to a wedding, engagement, shower, or even a party and want a trendy outfit,but don't want to wear the typical formal attire, go see Rima and she will be your personal shopper! The boutique also carries adorable vintage looking shoes!

Caprice Bridal has a large selection of the most beautiful gowns.No matter what your budget, you can find a dress there. My wedding is in a year, but I stopped by a few weeks ago just to take a look around. I wanted to look around a few bridal boutiques just to get an idea of what type of dresses they have. I liked Caprice the best! The dresses were so unique and not your typical wedding gowns. The accessories and veil's were gorgeous!!! On top of that, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. As soon as I'm ready to purchase a dress, I am definitely going to see Maro at Caprice Bridal.

I have gone to many events held at Castaway. I have to say that all of them were very elegant. I love the view from the biggest banquet room they have at Castaway (they have numerous rooms). Anyway, I have booked my 2011 wedding there. Castaway's staff is extremely helpful, their food is great, and their largest room has the biggest dance floor ever! They have recently ordered chiviary chairs that I will be using for my wedding next year.

I rented almost everything from Arthur for my outdoor, at home, engagement party. Everything from tables to dinner plates. Arthur has the best selection of linens. I got exactly what I wanted. His chiviary chairs are in great shape and look brand new. I highly recommend White Night Design to anyone looking for rentals and/or draping for their next big event. Thanks Arthur!

Seda just recently created the most amazing cake for my engagement party. I knew she made beautiful cakes from seeing her work on facebook, but the finished product in person was something else. When she delivered my cake, I was so amazed. It was gorgeous!!! My guests were talking about my cake all night and a few of my relatives who I just saw today were telling me how perfect my cake was. Her cakes are so detailed. Aside from it being so beautiful, it tasted amazing...I chose different flavors for each tier, but the red velvet was by far the best...Anyway, I highly recommend anyone who is having an event to go to Seda for a cake. I will be sure to have her make my wedding cake for next year.
