Featured Proposal: Manuel & Narine

On January 6th, 2018, Armenian Christmas, Manuel planned to take Narine, his siblings and her siblings to the Aquarium of the Pacific. This proved to be a difficult task because not only did Narine want to stay home and help her mom prepare for dinner that night, but she also had the flu the day before and wasn't feeling that good! Luckily she felt a little better and agreed to go.

 

As they were walking around and looking at the aquariums, Narine's brother stopped next to one and said that there was going to be a presentation that they should watch. During the presentation there were scuba divers inside the aquarium talking about the fish that lived inside the tanks and educating the viewers on their lifestyles. When they were talking about water temperature one of the scuba divers said he was going to swim down 10 feet to check the temperature. When he came back up he was holding an orange sign that said, "Narine Will You Marry Me?"

 

 

Narine was not expecting the proposal at all! She was in such shock she could hardly believe it. She explains that she felt like she was in a movie. Manuel thought ahead and hired a photographer to take pictures of the whole thing. We are so happy he did because these pictures are absolutely stunning. The couple continued the celebration with their immediate families.
