We had approximately 400 people at our wedding on Saturday August 6th at Ararat Home. DJ Heartbeat rocked the entire place and made for a very fun wedding. Multiple guests told me that your DJ was awesome and they really enjoyed the music. We did not stop dancing that night and Vasken did a great job in managing the music / announcements / speeches at our wedding reception from beginning to end.

We recently got married and the only vendor we had to have was DJ Heartbeat. We had heard him at many weddings over the years and knew that he was the best. We had a wedding of about 500 people, and thanks to his music, almost every single person, young and old was up dancing and partying pretty much the whole night. He is amazing at what he does and also, great to work with. Very receptive to our needs/ suggestions. If you are looking for an exciting and fun night, get ready to party!! Vasken is awesome!

DJ Heartbeat is by far the best DJ we have ever heard at a wedding. When we first met with DJ Heartbeat, our main concern was to be able to keep our guests dancing all night with great music. Music is the key to a happy and fun wedding, and that is what we wanted of course.
Last night, he outperformed himself to the highest level with the great mix of music for all taste buds.
He kept us dancing till the very end, and people had nothing but great things to say about him.

Heartbeat DJ provided the entertainment for our wedding and we have to say that he was an integral part of that amazing and memorable evening. If you can find a DJ that would make 359 guests dance at the same time and not allow them to sit with his amazing mixes for 6 hours...NON-STOP, go ahead and hire another DJ. He is THE BEST DJ...EVER!!!! Our wedding would NOT have been the same without him. We got Vasken for our wedding last weekend and I couldn't be any happier! I was afraid of having a boring wedding, with boring guests, but Vasken got everyone to dance! I had guests call me this week asking me for his number...I had heard about it throughout the years and knew we had to book him for our wedding....I'm so glad we did! BEST INTERNATIONAL DJ! :)

I heard HeartBeat DJ 3 times in my life and everytime was better, more entertaining and jamming than the last! Their professionalism in the industry ranks them as #1. I was shocked when I read a single negative review about Heartbeat Dj Vasken out of 53 Five Star reviews that he deserved. First I want personally congratulate this talented artist, not a dj, cause there's a difference between a Dj and an Artist, a dj plays songs one after the other without realizing what's the crowd is in demand for, This gentleman is a true artist, he reads the crowd, he performs in such a great playlist that motivates even a 70 years old to get up and shake his butt! As far as his attire, I've never seen such a hip looking performer then Vasken himself. He always stands out with his unique style, with his flamboyant shirts and amazing jewelry, the guy has a style, either live with it or don't even bother hiring him. He's done several of my events for the last 10 years and every single time, I proudly say two thumbs up - way up my friend. Not everyone appreciates your style, not everyone knows your talent, but I will assure you that those people are minority that likes to nag even on the waiter's bowtie. So I highly recommend this talented Artist for your next wedding, because that's his specialty. God Bless you and your Talent my friend. Abriss..!!!!

I'm Proud to write a review about Vasken d.b.a. Heartbeat Dj. He performed at my Engagement, wedding, and also 2 weeks ago at me daughters Christening. He's beyond being a perfectionist, his Style is so unique, and his appearance is outstanding, of course for not those of you that criticize his look and flashy stylish colors that he always wears. The guy is different than your ordinary, boring, performers, he has his own style and I love it. My wedding night was out of control, this guy is an Artist. He reads the crowd and provides the appropriate music. He's expensive..But worth every single U.S. $$$$...We love his look, My husband loves his friendship .....And for those of you jealous from his look..One request. Keep your jealous comments in your CUP OF TEA!

I don't normally like writing negative reviews, especially because I don't want to hurt the business owner or his business. But sometimes I feel as though only one sided views are being portrayed. Most of the reviews on here for Heartbeat are very good reviews, but if you're anything like me and share my taste in music and class for a wedding, Heartbeat is just not my cup of tea. I'm sure many of you reading this may completely disagree with me, but I have heard him DJ many events, mostly weddings, and frankly, I have gotten really tired of his flamboyant attire and his style of music. The last thing I would want a vendor at my wedding to be wearing and stand out because of his attire is a bright colored shirt, unbuttoned to the mid chest with an excessive amount of large jewelry around his neck and wrists. It's a wedding not a club. The only two people that should really stand out and be the center of attention is the bride and groom not the DJ. I don't mean to be harsh but after so many years of seeing Heartbeats attire I felt as though I needed to comment.

Secondly, we're 2011. Playing armenian music from the 70's is getting rather old. Repeating the same songs 3/4 times in one evening is not cool. Every event that I have gone to where Heartbeat has been the DJ, he has played very old school music and repeated many songs throughout the whether armenian/persian/arabic/english just because the crowd loved it the first time he played it.

With this said, he seems like a very nice person and anytime I have seen him he's always smiling and very friendly. This was in no way a personal attack towards him as an individual, merely just my views and preference as a guest to the events/weddings he has DJ'ed and thought that others might appreciate my take on him.

Your nonsense review will not affect my reputation, my talent, my look and flamboyant fashion and genre of music that I provide to my clients. It is my satisfied and repeated clientele that continues to keep me going successfully year after year. Your negative words will not reflect my honest clients with 5 Star reviews. Their encouragement and demand for HEARTBEAT DJ has made my excitement and passion for my music grow unconditionally... For your information I own 3 designer Men's Clothing Stores, and fashion is my life besides music. Nobody is forcing you to hire me at your next event. Maybe you're used to your Old fashion Suit and tie Dj; after all not everyone understands fashion.
P.S. I'm just about sold out on all my weekends until the end of 2012 and beyond being the highest paid DJ Artist. No need to describe my talents. Thank you for your kind comments.

NEWSFLASH: This Guy's Really The Greatest Wedding DJ Ever !

I can go on and on about how everyone at our wedding plainly and obviously had the greatest time ever, how great the flowers were, how wonderful the food was, how delicious the cake was, etc. but I must say I feel compelled to give Vasken (Heartbeat DJ) the due praise that he has so suitably earned, and I do so here.

The wife and I decided to retain Heartbeat DJ for our recent wedding at one of the formidable banquet halls in town and I sincerely believe that that was the SINGULAR, MOST CRUCIAL entertainment decisions we've made for certainly one of the most preeminent of our occasions.

Aside from what clearly seems to be A NATURAL KNACK FOR ENTERTAINING, Vasken even from the outset approaches your inquiry realizing how important the occasion is; and, when it comes down to d-day, he treats you like family and like you are the most important person. As for his craft, Vasken has unmistakably perfected the art of ensuring that everyone is well pleased, everyone from every denomination and, flavor, if you will, of our diverse Diaspora.

DON' T HESITATE: For anyone contemplating entertainment for a wedding (or any other important or major event really!), do yourselves the favor and make sure you GET THIS DECISION RIGHT AND GET HEARTBEAT DJ.

AND, for an awesome Armenian Wedding, my advice: Just get him and let him do his thing and only pick your special 1st Dance and the Father-Daughter Dance. YOU NEED NOTHING ELSE! Dj Ken was the best ever!!!! Dj ken was the Dj for my wedding at Ararat home he was fantastic!! I sent him a list of songs and he played all of the songs that I requested !!! Thank you Dj Ken hope to see you soon!!!

DJ Heartbeat made the room come alive with music and helped get everyone pumped and excited for our fashion show.
