A high-end dress selection is available at the boutique, and the staff is very helpful when it comes to making that dress purchase. After that, good luck- you won't hear from R-Mine for a LONG time. YOU will have to constantly call them to follow-up and check the status of your dress. Your dress can take 9 MONTHS to arrive, so plan ahead! And when asking the staff why a dress is taking so long to arrive, prepare for a lot of open-ended answers and hand waving.
If you get promised a free veil, it's just a piece of tool with no trim, so you'll have to pay extra if you want a finish on it.
They do have skills in design and alteration, but those too, take a long time. When they promise to have certain alterations done before your next fitting, usually those promises are not fulfilled.
So again, plan ahead and give yourself a lot of time and patience in dealing with the poor customer service at this boutique. And they never even apologized for the inconvenience and added stress brought upon the bride!
