Talar's Story: Choosing the DJ

When I first started planning my wedding, my mom continuously reminded me that the DJ was the most important person I needed to book. So Serj and I started looking around and of course, the first stop was Harsanik.com’s directory. On the list was DJ Sevag, with some seriously high ratings.

Coincidentally, Sevag and Serj have known each other and have been friends for many years. So we contacted Sevag immediately, and although we hadn’t even sorted out all the details over on our end, we booked him.

Sevag has been so patient, understanding and easy to work with. Almost all communication has been through e-mail, which makes it so easy to fit in during our hectic work schedules. We’ve paid our deposit, and plan on meeting with Sevag a few weeks prior to the wedding and putting together our music list.

Costs to expect with a DJ: approximately $2,000 - $2,500

When to book: Immediately!
