His photos speak for themselves but I have to say that I am so happy to have found such an amazing photographer. I am really shy around the camera, especially one that is following you around all day! But in a matter of minutes Jay made me feel comfortable in my own skin. He has this calm and positive energy all around him and you can't help but feel relaxed and happy yourself during such a hectic time running around since the wee hours of the morning for your wedding lol.

In the end, everyone will forget which songs were played, what food they ate, and what the centerpieces looked like but its the photos that will be looked at 10 years from now to remember the details and I am happy those photos were taken by Jay =]

I came in a couple of days before my wedding trying to order last minute tablecloths and the lady helping me was so nice and patient. It was last minute but they still were willing to help me out and gave me a great price too! I definitely recommend them.

I was reading some of the reviews on here so it looks like I am not the only way to complain about their alterations. Their selection of dresses is good and they are nice but wow - the lady who does alteration is incredibly rude and horrible at her job. I needed the dress to be taken in at the top and at the bottom because it was too long. The fabric at the bottom was all bunched up with patches that were very visible and looked sloppy! My top had material sticking out from both sides where it wasn't taken in properly and looked horrible. I was so distraught that I didn't even want to bother asking them to fix it because I was afraid they wouldn't make it right - I had to spend all afternoon the day before my wedding trying to find someone who could fix it and run aroudd - luckily the problem was solved and the dress fixed by someone else buttt I will never do service with Karoza again.

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the food is good compared to the price you pay per seat....other than that, the dance floor is wayyy to small, the "remodeling" that was done here is not good at all - bright red walls with glitter that reminds me of a kindergarten project and the lobby has a huge painting of boats that has absolutely nothing to do with the rest of the hall itself. Also beware when dealing with the owner if you are booking this hall for any event - he acts really cool and promises things that are not delivered at the end. He is also very paranoid about his hall. Good luck to anyone who is hired there to decorate it for an event - he will be breathing down your neck about every small detail. 0_o

I had reserved a honeymoon suite for the weekend of our wedding and also had my wedding photo session done here. It was amazinggg! I recommend booking with them for anyone who wants to do something different - they have so many areas where you can take your photos each one of them offering a unique setting. Its expensive but definitely worth it!
