I had contacted Ruzz for an engagement session and she was on the verge of going out of town; therefore, she offered to call me back to book our date for the session. She had told us that she would be back in 2 weeks. However, a month had passed by and I hadn't heard from her. Therefore, I decided to email Ruzz asking her to call me back and for a date and time and a pricing for her services.
It's sad to say that her bad reviews of her not returning calls and being irresponsible is all true. She never called us back or emailed us.
So disappointing that someone with great talent could be so irresponsible.
I'm glad we never started our business relationship with her because I don't know what to have expected of her after she took our pictures. Things do happen for a reason...

Bella Nella just lost their touch. They overbook their brides and make you run late for your big day. I don't think there's an excuse for making you late for your event when your appointment was booked 6 months in advance and you're booked for 7:00 a.m.
Sorry Nella Bella, but your guys need to treat your brides special and not overbook your appointments.
Another change you guys need to make is up your game a little on your hairstyles. Their "assistant" stylist did a horrible job with my hair and on top of it all, made my hair and makeup experience 4 hours long.
I will never go back to them again and don't recommend anyone else goes unless you don't mind long waits and mediocre hairstyles.

Jobyna's has a lot of variety and reasonable pricing. I've heard from others that they are overpriced, but I got a beautiful mermaid dress that otherwise was like $4,000 - $7,000 at other boutiques and ended up paying $1,900 at Jobyna's.
Brides should give them a try because I told them I didn't want to go over $2,500 and they showed me dresses in that price range.

Mamikon and his band is really good. They were the band for my sister's wedding and they are very nice and professional. They dress very professional when they arrive at the wedding and you feel very comfortable with them around. I've seen other bands come and they do not dress appropriate for the occasion.
They arrive on time and they leave when the bride and groom leave.
Definitely recommend them.

I called Palladio and asked them for a price/person before going because I didn't want to waste my time if it wasn't going to be in our price range. They told me that it's $55/person. I thought that was reasonable; so my husband and I went to talk to them to reserve the place.
What a baited trap. They lie to you and when they start telling you about the package the price keeps going up and up. They charge extra for lights, mandatory security, VERY high open bar charge that doesn't have good customer service, and I don't know what because they lost me after the price reached $75/person.
In other words, only book this place if your budget is in the $70-$95 price range. In this economy I don't think it's worth paying that much especially when you don't get your monies worth.
In that price range I'd rather go to Taglyan which is still overpriced, but at least you get your monies worth.

Bidrussian Jewelry is a hidden gem in Glendale. I wish they had more locations.
They have amazing prices for not only gorgeous wedding gifts, but they give you a high price for old jewelry.
We took my mom's old jewelry from Iran and he gave us credit towards the new diamond necklace we were buying for a wedding gift for my cousin. We had taken the old jewelry to 3 other stores to get a price for it, but Bidrussian Jewelry gave the highest price.
They have a VERY wide variety of beautiful stuff for REALLY GOOD PRICES. Definitely recommend them.

Very Bad Customer Service
Berj is very nice, but don't be deceived. When it comes time to pay or pick up your invitations, I definitely say be careful. Do your homework and your calculations on the invitation you choose from his website and know your numbers because he does forget to give you discounts, offer the free things that come with the invitations (such as return address that the company he's a middleman for offers for no charge), etc.
