I first saw Mamikon and his band perform at my cousin's wedding, and when we were to hire a Dhol-Zurna for our wedding, with no hesitation we called Mamikon to play at our reception.
Mamikon and his band were at our house on time, dressed in Armenian traditional outfit, and got the party started. They played beautiful Armenian music, they rocked the house :)

I have met and hired Mamikon Arutyunyan for my cousin's wedding back in 1992. Ever since then he has played all of our family's gatherings whether it has taken place at a restaurant, house, or apartment. Mamikon played my son's wedding in 2009 and once again he was no short of what we were expecting. Mamikon has always dressed appropriately for the occasion and has always brought the best musicians to play in their trio band. He has always been on time to everyone of my special events and has always said "It is better to be five minutes early then to be one minute late". We had seen Mamikon playing for our friend's wedding and really enjoyed his music. We knew for sure that we wanted Mamikon to play our wedding that was only a couple of months away. My husband called Mamikon to book him for our wedding and came our wedding day, Mamikon and his crew were amazing. They kept everybody on their feet and played for hours nonstop. Mamikon and his band is really good. They were the band for my sister's wedding and they are very nice and professional. They dress very professional when they arrive at the wedding and you feel very comfortable with them around. I've seen other bands come and they do not dress appropriate for the occasion.

They arrive on time and they leave when the bride and groom leave.

I was the bride and when him and his crew arrived with the groom's family everyone was amazed by their talent and ability to play the most beautiful traditional Armenian music...they were absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend Mamikon and his crew for all Armenian weddings!!!!

I have to admit every time I am attending a wedding and see Mamikon arrive with the groom's family to the bride's house or accompany the bride and groom into their wedding reception for their grand entrance I get so exited! Mamikon and his group are truly talented and are the perfect entertainment to an amazing wedding celebration!

Mamik and his sons played at our wedding on August 20, 2004. They were kind, on time and played really well. They also had a reasonable price.

Mamikon Harutunyan was a great & polite artist that played for our wedding... very professional and with a reasonable price for today's market. His son David, who has performed with international singer Andy was also a great addition to their treo of musicians. I would recommend them to any party and occasion.
