I will never forget the first time I heard and saw Heartbeat DJ at a wedding. It was over 15 years ago and everyone was dancing. There was not one song he played that I didn't like. Fast forward to today and you still get that wonderful, fun, upbeat experience from Heartbeat DJ. From his outfits to the music that he plays, Heartbeat DJ has DJing down to an art!

Vasken is an amazing DJ!!!! Prior to our wedding, I had only experienced his talent once at a "friend of a friend's" wedding. He was so amazing, I wanted to be on my feet all night and definitely not in my seat!!! He is great at mixing music and setting the mood for all ages! All our guests complimented us on our selection of the amazing Heartbeat DJ and we could not have been happier with the outcome!!! He was an important part of our wedding and we would definitely recommend him for any occasion!!! I am excited for future events and the opportunity to party in his presence!!!

I wanted to write this review long time ago. Simply to say "We had the best night at our reception".
DJ Heartbeat was very organized and made our night a blast and unforgettable. He played the greatest music and did the mixing so well that everybody was dancing non stop. Very stylish and pleasant looking DJ as well. Would recommend him for your events.

Vasken is simply the best DJ around. He was our Dj for our engagement party and since then our family and friends kept asking if he will be the DJ for the wedding. Well that was a no brainer! Best decision we've made! Vasken was phenomenal on the day of the wedding. I'm Armenian and my husband is Egyptian so we had a multicultural wedding. He knew exactly what to play to make both families happy. We received compliments from everyone saying how great the music selection was and how amazing our DJ was!!! Our dance floor was packed til the very end. Not to mention he played til 3:15am! Everybody was dancing all night! It's been a little over a month since my wedding and I still get calls/texts from friends/family asking for the name of our DJ. I will definitely hire Vasken for any other occasion in the near future! Future brides don't waste your time! If you want a great party and a packed dance floor, Vasken is the MAN!!!

WOW, we are so incredibly happy we had you apart of our special day! The SLS Hotel will never be the same. You had the whole SLS HOTEL BUMPING! It was such an amazing vibe and we can't thank you enough. You played all the hits including Russian and Jewish songs! The mix was just amazing from all the hits to oldies! Everyone couldn't stop talking of what a great DJ we had. It defiantly left a huge smile on our face. Besides being a great DJ you were very attentive and making sure we were good and enjoying ourselves. We are forever grateful!

Having Heartbeat DJ at our wedding was one of the best decisions we made for our special day! He had the party going ALL NIGHT! Not only is he an excellent MC and gets the crowd going, but he is a fantastic DJ! He played music from all genres and there was something for everyone! Our dance floor was packed all night! So many of our guests commented on the fact that they had not been to a wedding as fun and as upbeat as ours and they all said it had a lot to do with the DJ and my husband and I could not agree more. Vasken knew exactly what to play at what time, timing was perfect! He stayed til' the VERY end and our party did not end until almost 2:30! DJ Heartbeat was at our Engagement party 2 weeks ago. We have nothing but good things to say about his performance. First, his whole music and lighting setup was amazing and lightened up the dance floor. The music choice was perfect, mixing up Armenian, Arabic, English and Spanish all at the right time, keeping our guests dancing all night. Also, his MC skills are superb!! He is very well spoken and a good presenter.

We truly enjoyed his performance and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ that will keep the party going all night long.

New to the Los Angeles area, I had no idea where to begin to find a DJ for my wedding. I am Persian and my husband is Armenian, so it was important to us that we find someone to tailor to our multicultural needs. Without hesitation when I started to ask around for a DJ, Vasken came recommended without hesitation. One, he is easy to work with and always makes me laugh out loud. Two, he is professional and knows his craft. I have to say his Farsi is not so bad either, ha ha. He gave us quite the welcome in Farsi for our reception and it really warmed my heart. Our slide show vendor had technical difficulties and DJ Vasken saved the day by swooping in with his own equipment to get the slide show to work. Having a wedding that's not in your usual atmosphere/venue can be a bit foreign to most artists, but DJ Heartbeat knew exactly how to set everything up to make it an unforgettable night! Our guests were up and dancing from all ages. Given his amazing taste in music, all his mixes and selection of music was perfectly in sync with our diverse group of people.
You know a DJ is experienced when he has perfect transitions from one song to the next, and one genre to the next...he was full of energy and had a great personality that made his presence on the dance floor even better! My wedding was on Friday 12/23/11 and i can honestly say that Vazgen madeeeee my wedding. He mixed Armenian songs in with American in such a smooth way. Absolutely amazing mixes. I had a list of songs i wanted him to play and he played all of them. He is very cooperative and has a great personality not like some other stuck up djs. The dance floor was always packed. Guests kept asking my dad and mom who the dj was....i will forever be grateful to Vazgen and he will not only dj all my future events but my sisters wedding also

I just celebrated my engagement this past Saturday and my fiance and I were thrilled to have DJ Heartbeat for our party! Our wedding was on Oct. 29, 2011 & I had seen Vasken DJ at 2 other cousins weddings over the years & when we got engaged knew he was the DJ I wanted for our wedding! He did not disappoint....He had the crowd going & played a good mix of music. We did however send over some songs that we wanted played but he only played a few of those....but really that did not seem to matter because EVERYONE had a great time & the dance floor stayed packed! Vasken rocked our wedding last month at Ararat Home's Deukmedjian hall.
